Stepped out of a 24-hour "thinking-capsule" called an airplane, arriving in Copenhagen this morning at 8am. Can feel the jetlag tiredness sneaking in on me now, 11 hours later. To people here, the time is 7pm, to me it feels as 4am.

It feels kind of strange to be back here. So far away from Deb measured in kilometers and yet she is so near in my thoughts. As if I could just jump on my pushbike and meet her at a café in 10 minutes...
Deb's 'care-package' took well care of me this morning. Thanks, Deb! The fridge was empty, so I've been living on Macadamia nuts and choko-coffee
Have been going through all my mail, both in envelopes and in the mailbox.... that has been quite a job. Lots of bills need to be paid. Accounts to be made. My 'pushbike' has a puncture and needs repair...
Good buy Ozadise, welcome dailyday.
Next stop: India. Departure: 15 December.

Now one and a half week since we left Sydney and flew to Brisbane. Have enjoyed every single moment of my time in ‘Ozadise’ so far. This is so much of a dream come true – I fall asleep every night with a big smile on my face, sometimes even a little tear in my eyes, and wake up every morning to the sound of tropical birds in the rainforest right outside our balcony door.

Been busy working with our ‘Mush’–project which is to make a compilation of 70-80 of the thousands of e-mails Deb and I have been sending from one side of the globe to the other during the past 11 months. We want to put it together as a little book that we can give to the people who come to our wedding.
Enjoying the pleasant Australian weather here at the side of Deb's swimming pool, and also in the middle of reading a really good and recommendable book by Nils Thorsen: ‘Til – om at blive og være...’.

Blue sky and sunshine every single morning. Just heard today that the temperature in Copenhagen is 11°C. Seen from here it is difficult to grasp why anyone would want to live in a climate like that.

Getting online has been a bit of a hassle, since there is no connection to the Net from Deb's house in the Gap. She will get one now, though. :-)
Anyways, it has probably been good for me to be offline for a little while.

Yesterday in the evening, we edited a little 3-minute film about our Saturday night at the doof party. Unfortunately the software we have available here (iMovie) was not able to convert the 16:9 format to the old 4:3 format, so the pictures look a bit squeezed. Anyways, here it is.

Will be back in Denmark Tuesday next week, the 2nd of November.
